Melting Point: 152 - 155°C
Specifications: The Technical contains not less than 90.0% Avermectin B1a, and not less than 95.0% of Avermectin B1(B1a+B1b)Formulations: 1.8 EC as insecticide and 2% Injection as a wine worm killer.
Application sites: The avermectins are insecticidal/miticidal compounds derived from the soil bacterium Streptomyces avermitilis. Abamectin is a natural fermentation product of this bacterium. It acts as an insecticide by affecting the nervous system of and paralyzing insects. Abamectin is used to control insect and mite pests of citrus, pear, and nut tree crops, and it is used by homeowners for control of fire ants.
Abamectin is a stomach and contact poison to mites and insects. It decomposes and dissipates rapidly with its application on foliar surface
Storage: Kept in a tight-closed container, protected from light and stored in a dry place.
